Heart to Heart Support Group

For people with heart disease, their family and friends.

Heart to Heart Support Group does not meet during the summer months, they will meet again in September.

Meets the 4th Tuesday of every month at 2 p.m.

In dedication to our community, this support group is at no charge. Everyone is welcome to attend.
