Kanabec Hospital hosts Defensive Driving 8 hour course
Kanabec Hospital and the Seven County Senior Federation are proud to announce Minnesota Safety Council “mature driver” training (8 hour class) for drivers age 55+. Upon successful completion of the two-day Defensive Driving course, drivers are eligible for a discount of at least ten percent on auto insurance. The discount can be maintained by completing a 4 hour refresher course every three years thereafter.

Reserve your spot in the next class (deadline: Friday, February 12) by calling the Seven County Senior Federation at 679-4700 or 1-866-679-4700. The cost for the 8 hour class is $20 ($15 for members of the Seven County Senior Federation). Prepayment will be required.
The Seven County Senior Federation offers the 4 hour refresher course on a monthly basis at their office in downtown Mora. The cost for the 4 hour refresher class is $12 ($9 for Seven County Senior Federation members).
