much will my insurance pay?"
It is
important for you to know your insurance coverage, deductibles
and co-pay requirements. However, insurance can be confusing.
Every policy is different and every Kanabec Hospital patient
receives individualized services.
Your
best resource for understanding your insurance is your employer
or insurance agent. Customer service telephone numbers are
usually located on the back of your insurance card and in
your policy. For Medicare information call the Social Security
Office at 1-800-772-1213. Details about Medicaid and Worker's
Compensation are available from your social worker or case
worker.
Prior
to your receiving services, Kanabec Hospital is usually
prohibited from contacting your insurance company on your
behalf. However, our Patient Services Representatives will
do everything they can to help process your account.
