will I be expected to pay for services?"
Payments
for co-payments and non-covered medical services are expected
at the time of service. If this is difficult for you, contact
one of our Patient Services Representatives immediately.
Remember, it's their job to help you overcome financial
concerns at Kanabec Hospital!
Insurance
companies are allowed a reasonable amount of time to process
your claims and remit payments. The usual time is 30 days
from our billing date.
If a balance remains on your account longer than 30 days,
don't worry! Communicate with our Patient Services Department
so we can tailor a financial program just for you.
